Well thought out design the wheels on their axle are a tad wobbly, nothing to worry about, may improve with a bit of weight on board. It fitted the object I was hoping to store perfectly. Our item had some minor damage due directly from the carrier used (I observed their unloading "method" ie let it fall out of the truck!) - it was, however, not worth returning the item as the damage was relatively minor (aluminium rails had two dents and the internal ridge that provides the water resistance seal had a piece broken out)
